Hi, Welcome to my site, my name is Joanne & I am the owner of JO'S BALLOONS. I am a fully qualified balloon decorator & I operate within East London & most of Essex. We pride ourselfs on the fact we are able to add a touch of elegance or inject an element of humour into any occasion. No job is too big or small for us & we cover all celebrations from Weddings, Christenings, Aniversarys, Birthdays, Hen/Stag nights, Engagments, Retirments, Christmas & New Year celebrations, Halloween parties, Prom nights, home & hospital deliverys (free locally) & many many more..... infact any occasion you can think of we will be more than happy to supply our services to.
As we are a home based establishment we do not have the over heads that come with running a shop & this trully reflects in our prices.
We also supply personalised serviettes, chocalates, & cake boxes. Table bubbles & favours are also avaiable at our very competitive prices.
